The rails are not solid brass, they are hollow and a different gold to the posts. It’s a more yellow gold and the posts are creamy gold! Disappointed that the rails are hollow and they don’t match!

The best thing to elevate your shelf.
Seller was very helpful at determining what sizes I needed and very quick to respond. The order took about a week to ship, and then delivery was another week. I wish that the posts had a stopper in them so it was easier to find the middle for each rail, but we got there in the end!
Really beautiful material, solid brass and well designed railing that allows some flexibility when you install. However the provided screws for the base attachment are very weak and many sheered off while installing, despite pre-drilling all the holes. Yes, the seller did supply extras (amazing!) however when they sheer off in the hole I couldn't actually remove them. So I carefully installed the other of the pair and then glued on the head again so that it didn't appear empty.
Suggestion to seller: improve quality. Suggestion to buyer: don't hesitate but buy own screws.
