Amazing customer service

Super easy and shipping was super quick! Everything came packaged securely, super happy with my purchase

Gorgeous handles and pulls! The finish is excellent as is the detail. The only reason for 4/5 is that measurement was slightly off by half a mm in a batch. This is not unexpected. The finish and design are impeccable hence didn’t return and just put some elbow grease into fitting them in!

Very prompt service and true to its word

Great customer service, answered all of my questions and fast shipping!

livraison non conforme. Emballage endommagée

Looks much better on the pictures. Very fragile and thin.
Should emphasize there is no rail holders, now I have to search for some that fit.

Kleur valt tegen en wijkt ook af van de roede.

The posts are perfectly fine but the rail itself is very thin and a different colour to the posts. It also seems to be low quality brass. If I had known that the colour differed from the posts I wouldnt have purchased it.

I thought it included the brass in between the rods. The picture is misleading.

Good quality and easy to assemble and install. Wish the color were more brassy and less champagne.

Prompt customer service, but product is cheap brassy yellow gold. More yellow than it looks in pictures. Disappointed.

Not what I was looking for

Need to return not what I thought

shipping was horrible and I had to do the legwork myself to figure out where my items were

Just beware of shipping, I had to find it myself
