It was very good to find unlacquered brass for our purpose, in convenient lengths. We ordered a large number of pieces in a variety of types and lengths, and everything was correct and accounted for on arrival. Shipping was smooth, and the posts were excellently packaged to keep them protected. There was some crush damage to a couple of the rods during shipping, so caution to the seller about protecting those ends for rough shipping handling, but it will not affect our project at all as these ends will be hidden inside the posts. Overall, a smooth transaction for an excellent product!

I searched for months and found this perfect little knob. So worth it.
We ordered the Eden handles and the Heriot knobs in unlacquered brass for our kitchen - these are solid brass, very hefty and extremely well finished. In the attached pictures, these handles have already been in our kitchen for almost 2 months so any smudges are the natural patina forming over time. I've also attached a picture of an unlacquered brass handle where I tested accelerating the brass aging process with vinegar and salt on half the handle (we ultimately decided against accelerating the process), so you can see how that looks before and after.
Customer service with The Brass Addict was also great - I had questions about the handles that were answered very promptly, and then later made a mistake ordering the wrong quantity of handles, which again was handled very promptly.
Thank you for all of your help ensuring I had the correct measurements to use the holes I already had in my cabinetry and helping me amend my order. All of the hardware arrived quickly, packaged with care & is great quality, solid beautiful brass! It has really elevated the look of my kitchen and was the cheapest brass I have found. 10/10 will definitely be ordering more in the future
