• Returns are acceptable for all orders within 30 days of purchase.
• We will be responsible in covering all return costs that for mistakes that arise from our end.
• The buyer will be responsible for change of mind return shipping and there will be a 20% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS. This is to help us cover part of the original shipping fee to you and the operation fees associated with restocking products.
• Returns must be posted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
• To avoid return costs, we recommend that you order a sample (a single item) to ensure the product meets your requirements. We try our best to be as transparent about our products as possible, however it can be difficult to show the exact colour and texture of an item on a screen.

The knobs match the item description and are a solid, wonderful quality product ( really happy with the screws provided too ). I ordered the smaller oval knobs and love how they're understated but elegant. If you're looking for decent sized knobs, or for a more dramatic effect, I'd purchase the larger sized ones :)
